Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hb22 ("hb22", "Platform", "We", "Us"). 1. Eligibility

- You must be accessing the hb22 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any commercial or systematic use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
hb22 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage and to request identity documentation, proof of age, and source of funds at any point during your account's lifecycle. Accounts that fail to satisfy verification requirements may be suspended pending review or permanently closed.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one active hb22 account. The operation of more than one account by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hb22 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity or not. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact hb22 support immediately.
KYC Verification
hb22 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on accounts as required by responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any time hb22 deems verification necessary:
- Government-issued national ID card or passport confirming your identity and date of birth.
- Proof of your registered address, such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months.
- Screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) registered to your hb22 account, confirming ownership.
- Any additional documentation hb22 reasonably requests to confirm the source of funds used for deposits.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits into your hb22 account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. hb22 does not accept deposits made from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts belonging to another person. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your hb22 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider and are generally available for wagering within seconds.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification having been completed and to any active wagering requirements being satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. hb22 processes withdrawals to bKash and Nagad in most cases within minutes of a verified withdrawal request being approved. Processing times to other payment methods may vary. hb22 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals to mobile wallets for verified accounts.
hb22 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account may be suspended and the relevant authorities notified as required by applicable law.
Currency
All transactions on hb22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Taka. hb22 does not hold accounts in foreign currencies.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to hb22 is a breach of these Terms. hb22 will contest all chargebacks. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended immediately, and the chargeback amount plus associated administrative costs may be recovered from any balance held in the account.
Unclaimed Balances
hb22 reserves the right to close inactive accounts after a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity. Before closure, hb22 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder using registered contact details. Any remaining balance at the time of closure may be forfeited in accordance with the dormant account policy communicated to the player at the time.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
hb22 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of the promotion. General bonus terms are set out below and apply unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of that offer as well as these general bonus conditions:
- Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the promotion terms for each offer. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
- Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- hb22 reserves the right to restrict certain games or game types from contributing to wagering requirements. The eligible game list for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms.
- A player may only claim a welcome bonus or new player offer once per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim introductory offers multiple times constitute a breach of these Terms.
- hb22 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn or amended after a player has already claimed it, the player's rights in relation to the claimed bonus are governed by the terms in force at the time of the claim.
hb22 does not offer bonuses to players who have chosen to opt out of marketing communications or who are subject to responsible gaming restrictions. Players with active deposit limits, loss limits, or cooling-off periods are not eligible to claim bonuses during those restriction periods.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the hb22 platform are provided by certified third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on hb22, you accept the rules of that game as published by the respective provider.
The outcome of every game on hb22 is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited and verified by the respective game provider. hb22 does not influence, alter, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. Returned-to-player (RTP) rates vary by game and are specified in the game information provided by each provider.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session, hb22 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game outcome is voided due to a malfunction, the wager placed will be returned to the player's balance. hb22 is not liable for any technical issues arising from the player's own device, internet connection, or browser.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hb22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, coordinating bets, or artificially influencing game or betting outcomes.
- Opening or operating more than one hb22 account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-account rule.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC verification, or bonus claims.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by the game rules. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug must be reported to hb22 support immediately and are subject to forfeiture.
- Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
hb22 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior warning, and hb22 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation.
7. Responsible Gaming
hb22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously the potential for gambling to cause harm when not approached carefully. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. hb22's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the hb22 platform, including but not limited to the hb22 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces provided by hb22 (as distinct from third-party game content), and all software underlying the platform, is the intellectual property of hb22 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the hb22 platform without the prior written consent of hb22. Unauthorised use of hb22 intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. Amendments to These Terms
hb22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hb22 will notify registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.
Your continued use of the hb22 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting hb22 support.
